Commissions are for personal use. For commercial purposes, contact me using the given email.

I have the right to refuse your request for any reason.

Commissions must have at least 2 visual references, text-only descriptions may have additional charges. if any information on the commission is wrong or missing, the client can freely inform me before paying, please do not use AI references.

I will draw what you paid me for. Additional drawings are treated as new commissions and need to be paid as such.

I will draw the request as closely as possible to your wishes.

The commission can be private, in which case the client must tell me in advance. If not, i WILL most likely use it as a portfolio reference.

I may refund you for personal reasons and/or lack of time, but I will not refund you if you aren't satisfied with the work. Be mindful as the work takes time and, as stated in the TOS, I did my best.

The payment MUST be done in the currency I requested.

The prices are base prices, they may rise or lower depending on our agreement and additional charges.

I must be paid before I start the work. Payments will be done via Paypal invoice and I must be paid within 10 days. You may cancel your request if the invoice was not paid, however, due to my financial situation, I will not refund after the payment has been issued.

Due to the country I reside in, I can only accept Paypal and the currency must be USD.

I try to finish the comission within 2 weeks of payment, it may take up to 1 month depending on the artwork.

No deadlines, the client cannot set up a deadline.

I will provide the progress of the artwork as I go and I cannot continue without the approval of the client, so please do not leave me on line, in addition, you may request progress yourself if you wish and I shall provide as soon as possible and no I wont remove the watermark of the WIP.

Very minor revisions and/or misunderstandings are free.

Major changes can be done, but depending it won't be done or will be charged extra.

I own full rights to the artwork.

I do not claim property of the subjects on it.

I'm free for using the artwork if I wish, if you do not wish for that to happen you must tell beforehand, however I may reuse things to ease my workflow, such as using it as a base for another work.

You MUST credit @Luztechnowitch as the artist comissioned for the work.

You may use for personal usage, which are: using on personal social medias, icons, stickers, printing, etc.

You may do minor edits, such as applying filters for example.

Do not use it for NFTs or feeding AI, if you do I will not be working for you.

Commercial usage (Such as using the asset on patreon, streaming sites, commercial accounts or any kind of profit intent.) may have additional fees depending on the size and scope of your business.
